Cancellation & Refund Policy

EWLEX Protocol provides consultations, strategic services, branding, business development, personal branding, creative production, and other customized professional services. Because our work requires reserved time, preparation, research, and project-specific resources, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

Consultations and Booked Sessions

Clients may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, are generally non-refundable.

If EWLEX Protocol needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client may choose a new available time or receive a full refund for that session.

Custom Projects and Professional Services

Payments for custom work become non-refundable once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, research, strategy, analysis, concept development, branding, business development, visual identity, AI-assisted creative production, digital execution, market-entry work, and personal branding services.

Before work begins, a client may request cancellation. Any refund will be determined based on work already completed, time reserved, expenses incurred, and any non-refundable third-party costs.

Deposits and advance payments used to reserve project capacity may be non-refundable where stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract, or project agreement.

Digital and Custom Deliverables

Due to the customized nature of our work, completed or partially completed digital deliverables are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, downloaded, accessed, approved, or substantially completed.

Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically qualify a project for a refund where the work has been delivered according to the agreed scope.

Revisions and Project Scope

Revision rights are determined by the package, proposal, contract, or written project agreement applicable to each service. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

A request for additional revisions, a change of direction, or a change in the original brief does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties—including domains, hosting, software, advertising platforms, printing services, subscriptions, stock assets, external contractors, or other providers—are non-refundable unless the relevant third party issues a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests involving exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Approval of any refund is at the discretion of EWLEX Protocol and does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in future cases.

Approved refunds will be returned, where possible, to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Platform-Based Projects

Projects purchased through third-party platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr are also subject to the terms, payment systems, dispute procedures, and refund rules of the platform through which the service was purchased.
