Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to the EWLEX Protocol website. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of this website, its content, and any services made available through it.

EWLEX Protocol is operated by The Verluxton Group LLC.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or purchasing services directly through this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

1. About EWLEX Protocol

EWLEX Protocol provides business development, brand development, market positioning, market-entry support, corporate and personal branding, strategic consulting, visual identity, AI-assisted creative production, digital execution, and related professional services.

The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, revisions, payment schedule, and other conditions of a specific client project may be defined separately in a proposal, quotation, invoice, contract, statement of work, booking confirmation, or written agreement.

Where project-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the applicable project-specific agreement will take precedence.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • use the website in violation of applicable law;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;

  • interfere with the security or operation of the website;

  • introduce malicious software, harmful code, or automated attacks;

  • scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract website content without permission;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;

  • use the website or its content to infringe the rights of EWLEX Protocol or any third party.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Information and No Guarantee of Results

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

Business, branding, market-entry, positioning, and strategic outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of EWLEX Protocol, including market conditions, client decisions, implementation, timing, competition, budgets, regulation, and third-party actions.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, investment, audience growth, market share, funding, sales, rankings, business performance, or other commercial results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

4. Consultations and Services

Booking a consultation does not automatically create an ongoing advisory relationship or guarantee acceptance of a larger project.

EWLEX Protocol may accept or decline project requests at its discretion.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of services. Delays, omissions, or changes in client instructions may affect project timelines, costs, and outcomes.

5. Payments

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and currencies may vary by service or project and will be communicated before purchase or engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be required before consultations begin, before project work starts, or according to agreed project milestones.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, transaction fees, or third-party charges where required.

Failure to make an agreed payment may result in the suspension or termination of work and the withholding of unfinished or unpaid deliverables where legally permitted.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any applicable project-specific agreement.

Custom services may become partially or fully non-refundable once work, research, preparation, strategy, production, or reserved project time has begun.

7. Revisions and Changes in Scope

The number and type of revisions included in a service are determined by the relevant package, proposal, contract, or written agreement.

Requests that change the original brief, project direction, deliverables, strategy, or agreed scope may require additional fees and additional delivery time.

Approval of one project stage may limit the extent to which completed work can later be changed without additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the EWLEX Protocol name, methodology, website content, written materials, graphics, layouts, concepts, processes, frameworks, presentations, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Verluxton Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, publish, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.

The EWLEX semantic-economic methodology, proprietary processes, internal systems, frameworks, research structures, and technology concepts remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and are not transferred through the purchase of client services unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Client Deliverables and Ownership

Ownership and usage rights for custom client deliverables will be determined by the relevant proposal, contract, package, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, final rights to approved deliverables may transfer only after full payment has been received.

Working files, unused concepts, rejected concepts, internal research, methods, processes, prompt systems, strategic frameworks, preliminary work, and proprietary tools are not automatically transferred to the client.

Third-party assets remain subject to the licenses and terms of their respective owners.

10. AI-Assisted Work

EWLEX Protocol may use artificial intelligence and other digital technologies as part of research, analysis, ideation, creative development, production, and execution.

AI-assisted work is directed, selected, refined, and integrated according to the needs of each project. The use of AI does not mean that every output is generated entirely by automated systems.

Where third-party AI tools or platforms are used, their own terms, licenses, technical limitations, and intellectual property rules may also apply.

Clients must not assume that exclusive rights can be guaranteed for every AI-assisted element unless exclusivity has been specifically reviewed and agreed in writing.

11. Client Materials and Permissions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide EWLEX Protocol with names, trademarks, photographs, text, data, designs, confidential information, and other materials used in a project.

The client agrees not to provide materials that unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organization.

12. Portfolio and Publicity

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, EWLEX Protocol may display completed or publicly launched work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies, professional profiles, and promotional materials.

Confidential, unreleased, or commercially sensitive information will not knowingly be disclosed where a confidentiality obligation applies.

13. Confidentiality

Where confidential information is shared during a project, both parties are expected to handle it responsibly and use it only for legitimate project purposes.

More detailed confidentiality obligations may be established through a separate agreement or non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services

The website and our services may use or link to third-party providers, including booking systems, payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools, social platforms, software providers, and external websites.

EWLEX Protocol is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or independent actions of third-party services.

Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Platform-Based Projects

Projects purchased or managed through third-party marketplaces or platforms are also subject to the rules, payment procedures, dispute systems, and terms of the relevant platform.

Where platform rules apply mandatorily to a transaction, those rules will govern the relevant platform-based aspects of the project.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EWLEX Protocol and The Verluxton Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this website or our services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or materials you provide without the necessary rights or permissions.

18. Changes to the Website or Services

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, its content, or available services at any time.

We may also update these Terms when our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any direct service relationship with EWLEX Protocol will be governed by the law and jurisdiction stated in the applicable project agreement.

Where no separate agreement specifies otherwise, applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined according to the legal operator of the service and mandatory consumer or data-protection laws that may apply.
